WE NEED YOU!

We are looking for volunteers to help with our OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT!
There are many ways to get involved.

See descriptions below:

Set Up: Help prepare and arrange the event space before guests arrive (tables, chairs, pylons, stanchions, station, equipment, décor, etc).  (3:30pm - 7:00pm)

Craft Station Team: Set up craft tables and supplies, assist kids with provided craft activities throughout the event, and help with craft clean up.  (5:30pm - 9:00pm) 

Games/Activities Stations Team: Set up games/activities stations, facilitate and oversee games and activities, ensuring kids & families have fun.  (5:30pm - 9:00pm)  

Popcorn/Drinks Station Team: Set up and arrange popcorn station; prepare and serve refreshments and snacks to guests, clean up afterward.  (5:30pm - 10:30pm)  

Greeters Team: Help welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide directions or information throughout the evening.  (6:00pm - 8:30pm)   

Prize Table Team: Set up and arrange station; manage prize ballots/ tickets and candy count; help choose and distribute prizes to winners.  (5:30pm - 8:30pm)  

Entrance/ Registration Team: Set up registration table; check in attendees, provide tickets to attendees, and provide direction or information throughout the evening.  (5:30pm - 8:30pm)

Parking/ Security Team: Direct parking, ensure event security, and maintain safety protocols; use of the school washrooms to guests only.   (6:00pm - 10:00pm) 

Tech Team: Handle technical aspects of the event, including audio, video, and projector screen.  (3:30pm - 6:30pm | 10:00pm - 10:45pm)

Tear Down: Assist in breaking down and cleaning up the event space after the event concludes (tables, chairs, garbage, equipment, supplies, grounds clean up).   (9:30pm - 10:45pm)
